Moving Day Two. Took over a few boxes and hooked up the washer and dryer. Bad news, the pipes we plug our washer into on the wall....are leaking. We told the landlord and hopefully he fixes this, along with the heater before we move in again next Friday for reals. Tomorrow we are going by again on our way out to a little friendly get together with friends and I am taking a pen and paper and writing every little thing wrong with the apartment and giving it to our landlord to sign. Every hole. Every stain. Every broken cabinet. Torn linoleum. Leaky faucets, WHATEVER I find wrong with anything....I am NOT going to be blamed for something wrong when we try and move out of this place. I don't remember if I said this already, but I don't think I am going to be a fan of him...he is very, um "forgetful" and wants to make sure if ANYTHING is wrong with the apartment we understand that we lose our $400 deposit. Er go the list I am going to make. Thats okay right? I think so...
Anywho, Happy Super Bowl Everyone!! Looks like we are rooting for AZ since the Broncos didn't make it this year. =)

What a Day!!
Today we started moving!! Brett and I went to our new apartments today to get things started with the move and wow! I always forget how much crud we have until we have to pack it all up and haul it off... We aren't officially moved in until next Friday, but Brett and I started with small things and boxes today full of things we definitely won't use this next week and I am so glad we did! It makes me feel a little better doing things slowly and over a little bit of time. We actually got a lot out there in three trips with our jeep. All of our luggage, our table and chairs, most of our camping and storage gear, and even lots of clothes. My sister and brother in law are coming by next week with their trailer to help us with the bigger things, which I am so grateful for them helping us with it all!! Hopefully by the time they get here to help, we will have mostly everything out of here except our living room furniture and the beds and we can get all of them in one trip!! Woo Hoo!
Oh and guess what WE found!! A washer and dryer set for $75!! Yay!! Sometimes, I really love living in Provo for the fact that everyone is always trying to get rid of their stuff and they don't mind selling it for cheap! I am so happy we found them because I don't know how long I could've gone without them....I have been spoiled as to the fact that I have never had to use the laundry mat since I have been married.
Anywho, that is our wonderful day and now it is time for wonderful sleep!! I am tuckered out! Goodnight!

Really Lazy
Another thing I hate about being sick is getting into a lazy rut. I get comfortable sleeping in, junk food, no exercise, no cleaning or cooking, you know just taking it easy, and then find it hard to get back into the real rhythms of life. Even now as I sit in bed with my bag of gardetos and a diet coke on my night stand, watching my 48 hour mysteries, I know real life needs to start again, soon. Although the cough still lingers, I have no excuse anymore of an illness. It was nice in a way while it lasted and thanks again to my wonderful adoring husband who takes such good care of me.
You know, before I got sick I had made it a whole week with exercising 40 min a day and cutting down on my sugar... Just like me to get sick so I have an excuse not to get healthy =) haha

Doctors
I really hate going to the doctor, but it has been a week with no improvement so today I gave in. I got some antibiotics and some cough medicine. He says it should take me about another week to get back to normal. I hope so, I really hate being sick and I am a big baby when I don't feel well....poor Brett has to deal with two babies when I am like this.

My Turn
Well, it finally caught up to me. I have been horribly sick all day and feel like I am going to vomit after every move I make. Brett has been such a big help though. He takes such good care of me...I didn't think Adalie would understand that I was sick, but she has been cute about it all day. Every now and then she comes over to give me a kiss on the forehead and pat my face. I really really hope I get over this soon and I am back to normal. Although, the thought of food makes me lose it almost every time and cleaning just plain hurts. I have been carrying a disinfectant spray around everywhere I go and spraying things like crazy....i need to "de-bugg" my house and wash everything. LoL

Adalie is very aware of when it is prayer time now either at home or at church.
Sunday mornings are a little hard for us with 8:30 church. Adalie never wants me to get her dressed or fix her hair, but when she lets me, she turns out pretty cute. Even she thinks so, as seen in the image above.
I am behind the camera saying "Show me how pretty you are dressed for church" lol She loves to look at herself in the mirror after she has been all dolled up.... great things to come right? Ahhhh, girls lol. I try and tell Brett this is only the beginning.

Sick Household
I have been vomited on about four times today. I am pretty sure I stink to high heavens and I am looking forward to a shower very soon. Even the car seat has vomit all over it. Adalie is about to take her forth bath soon. Brett was up all night throwing up and when I went to get Adalie out of her bed this morning, there was throw up all over everything. Fun times to be a mom. I am pretty sure it was something they ate together last night while I was at work. Poor things. Brett doesn't get sick that often but when he does it is horrible.
Adalie will be bunking in mom and dad's room tonight in her pack n play. I hope everyone can sleep it off tonight and it is just a 25 hour bug sort of thing. Cross your fingers!

Saying Goodbye!
Well it looks like we are moving AGAIN! Sheesh I hate moving.... Our apts that we are currently renting has been foreclosed. It looks like the guy who bought the place and had it built had to declare bankruptcy or something like that and now our apts aer owned by the bank. So, with no owners it looks like we need to find another place, since they are selling off the apts individually. We have been looking this past week, which is why I haven't been on too much lately and have found a nice place. Nothing new and Fancy like the ones we are in now, but still 2 brd, bath, washer and dryer, and about $200 cheaper than what we are paying the bank now....which is WAY nice for us. It is a little older, but our landlord seems really nice and won't be filing for bankruptcy anytime soon. More good news for us. It is a month to month lease, so we can leave anytime we want. I am just sad to be moving again. The hassle. The cleaning. The packing. Ugh. But you know, it will be nice to be in a good place that we are actually taken care of. There are things in our apt we are in now that STILL have not been fixed and we have been here almost 6 mths. Annoying. Anywho, wish us luck and hopefully we can stay put for a while!! It would be nice not to have to move again until dental school....a year and half to go!! Ahh!! I get so excited/scared just thinking about it. lol.

18 mths
Guess where Adalie gets to go this month? NURSERY!! 22 days and counting. She is going to love it. She needs more little ones to play with and Mommy and daddy need to go to relief society and priesthood EVERY Sunday instead of just switching out every other.

Adalie Marie's 18 mth facts:
30 in tall and 21 lbs. She runs, jumps, climbs, and gets into everything! One of her favorites to get into being the kitchen drawers. LoL She is talking all the time and pretty much repeats everything anyone says to her. Milk. Eat. Snow. Cold. Hot Dog. Baby. Bank. Blanket. Up. Teeth. Eye. Ear. Feet. Dog. Cat. Bath. Cup. Shoes. Socks. Kiss. Night Night. Diaper. Wipes. Chicken. More. Candy. Cracker...Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head but there are so many more, I can't believe how much she gabs! She loves baby dolls and singing to them and her mommy and daddy. She always wants to be outside and will take any opportunity, even helping with the trash and checking the mail in order to sneak outside for a few moments.LoL She is pretty much sleeping through the night now, which is a big deal for us because she has always been a bad sleeper. She goes for a good 9 hour stretch and then usually joins mommy in bed for about another hour or two even. It works out great for me because I get to sleep in most mornings until 9.....and I love my sleep. haha. She is having a hard time still getting used to her sippy cups, but it isn't all so bad because at least now she is eating more real foods during the day instead of a bottle 5 or 6 times a day. Her favorite foods are pizza, anything chicken, noodles, string cheese, and hot dogs. She still looks so much like her dad, but defiantly has my personality coming out of her.
She is just getting so big and amazes me everyday! We love her so much!

Happy New Year!!
Well, it is officially the New Year and I am with the rest of America with a diet being part of my resolutions. Haha We didn't get to do much celebrating last night. I had to work and Adalie passed out by nine. Today we will do a little over at my sister-in-laws house. Brett is going over to make his famous Chicken Paprika my absolute favorite of his Hungarian dishes lately. If there are any fireworks left, we might try and get some to pop tonight so Adalie can get a sparkly taste of the New Year herself. lol Happy New Year everyone and good luck with the New Year!
