So I need some good work out suggestions for my legs and butt-ex. Anything other than a bike machine that works great for you guys? I hate biking and I am getting tired of it... Lunges too.
I've been doing the Billy Blanks Tae Bo Boot Camp Elite set of DVDs that came with resistance bands and you would not believe how fast the weight is falling off and the shape of my body is changing. I've been doing it for about a month and have lost about 15lbs and my hips and thighs are completely smoothing out. Plus, it's completely addictive. I got it at Target for about $20, so I highly recommend it. Good luck!
you could do swimming. just do a kick board the whole time. you could also do water running. get one of those floaty belt things, and run instead of swim--don't touch the pool bottom w/ your feet (you'll move through the water amazingly) make sure to lift your knees high and use your arms. ice skating is also a great leg/butt workout, just make sure to go both directions around the circle or one side will get worked out more than the other ;)
