Already Monday

It seems like the weekend went by WAAAAAYYYYY to fast. Brett assures me it is going to be a very long week and I won't get to see him again until Saturday. He has two big test this week. Bio-chem tomorrow and anatomy on Friday. Good Luck Honey!!

Cason is seven months old today! Did I mention he is mobile? He has been crawling all over for almost 3 weeks...mostly army crawling but every now and then he actually uses his knees. I think he is discovering he can get to things a lot faster if he uses those. He gets into absolutely everything. He is a daddy's boy during the day, but a momma's boy at night when its time for a snuggle and bed. He wakes up at 6:50 on the dot every morning. On the dot.

We got netflix. Absolutely love it. Brett and I have been re-living our Buffy the Vampire tv series days. It's been fun! Adalie can't get enough of all the new cartoons we can get through our Wii.

The weather here has been wet and it is starting to get a little chilly. I don't mind the chill, but the wet makes things a little depressing for me. I hate walking outside and getting my pants legs wet. I guess I should be an adult though and buy jeans that actually fit or get them tailored to my height lol

My hands and my feet hurt really bad. The crack horribly....any suggestions on a new kind of lotion that actually might work??

i have a million suggestions for things to try for dry skin! i feel like an expert after having grown up in the georgia humidity and then trying to survive in utah and colorado! especially since i was on acutane for a while and nothing in the world can top that!

lotion can get expensive when you use it a lot so if you can stand it.. try using baby oil at night or after you get out of the shower. you could also use that really thick eucerin cream that comes in a tub. both of those things are annoying because they're so greasy but they totally work. vaseline as well. same category and same problems. as for an everyday easy going lotion that i absolutely LOVE but am too cheap to buy... jergens ultra healing lotion. it's amazing.

but if you want the softest feet ever try this... right before bed, slather on the vaseline. then put each foot in a plastic baggie and then put socks on on top and keep it like that overnight. super weird but it works. i think i found it on the internet. go figure. ;-) it might take a few times but it's worth it.

wow, i just wrote a novel! love you!

so you can do that with your hands, too if you get some latex gloves (unless you're allergic to latex).
Maybe also look into the hand soap you're using.
