Adalie's first real hair do =)
So, it has been a bit since I have updated so let me think what has been going on... Friday was my last day of work at good ole' Bealls woo hoo! What a really really boring job...I think I will stick to the restaurant business until I am done with school. Although it can be stressful, it is hardly ever boring and I am really tired of folding clothes....
We are starting the countdown for our move back to Utah. I have already started packing up our stuff and trying to clean house. Brett is finishing up his job on Friday of this week. Our plan is to head out Monday night, well Tuesday 12 AM to be technical. See, we don't have AC in the trip so we figured that leaving at night would keep us a little cool for a while, and hopefully Adalie will sleep better in the car if we leave while it is still dark. I am glad though we are making a stop in Co Springs to see Brett's family...an 18 hour trip with a baby in the car is better than a 27 hour trip with a baby in the car. Plus, we get to have a little fun with Brett's family before we get back to school.
Fun news! Brett and I got our Vegas package in the mail! Yay! We are staying 3 nights in the Sahara on the Vegas strip and I am really excited for the two of us to get away together. Although I know I am going to miss Addie, she will be in good hands with her Grandparents and I will enjoy the relaxation and rejuvenation!
So, who else has been enjoying the Olympics? Brett and I have been glued to it all weekend thus far and the opening ceremony was way cool. What a great world tradition huh? It is kind of nice to see all the countries all over the world come together for a few days and play =)

When do you go on your vacation? Jake and I still have never had vacation w/o the girls... ahh someday... but love the update and the "real" hair do is always a fun part about having girls!
I was also glued to the olympics all weekend. I think they are great and the swimming has been really fun to watch. adalie is getting so big. She is adorable. Have fun driving to Utah!
