This is a very random blog, but I was talking to a friend the other day about collections... I could only think of one that I really have which is collector barbies (blog for another time ha ha), but Brett would say I have two one--barbies and shoes.
For those of you who know me, you might know of my obsession for shoes. I LOVE them and shoe sells make me very happy. Yay for BOGO!! These are some of my collection... I am sure Brett feels my obsession has spilled over to our daughter as well....One of her first words was shoes, no lie. My husband is happy with his three or four pairs, which include flip flops, dress shoes--one black and one brown, and his tennis shoes, oh and his hunting boots he gets to wear one weekend a year.
On one hand, I am excited to share shoe bliss with my little girl as she grows older and learns to appreciate them, but on the other, I understand the worry my husband may feel in his wallet...

i can totally relate! I absolutely love shoes as well. Dave has made a rule that i have to get rid of two pairs every time i get a new pair. Something about not needing 40+ pairs? I don't really understand that part of it.
I just bought some gorgeous nine west patent leather pumps from macy's for $50! :) Macy's is my favorite.
Those are some cute Shoes Lydia- Hey if brett ever makes you clean out your closet- Feel free to send some shoes my way! Except your pointy ones of course :)
You are so right about there being power in shoes! I find it impossible to walk past a shoe store without going in. It's like there is some gravitational pull on me or something. lol
