No Sugar for the month of August! My goal is to cut it out of my life almost completely but lets see if I can at least make it through the month...It is going to be WAY hard because eating sugar is second nature to me, but I need to be healthy. And who says you can't lose weight while your pregnant?? I have fat to spare...trust me. 15 Lbs slimmer by Thanksgiving....where I can gain it all back haha. Healthy meal ideas appreciated and snack ideas that are semi healthy lol Not too healthy...I will barf. And I need bread so don't suggest lack of that =)So I apologize now for my venting and negative post that might occur in the future....blame it on my sugar withdrawals. Good luck to me!! I will need it....

I did it and it did my body good! The first few days were the only hard part for me- after that, it was pretty easy. Eat LOTS of fruit! Watermelon is like my best friend! Sure you will have to pee a lot and you'll be hungry every 2 hours, but it so helps.. I promise! Good luck and good for you!

As for the giving up sweets, I totally need to do it with you...
I have decided that the diet has started back today and I need/must hit the gym again! So even though we don't live close to each other, we can encourage and help each other out!
