A little bit of Vaca

We made it to Heaven....aka Clorado according to my hubby. It was a nice drive out, except for the hotel stay were they put our room right next to the hotel bar and people where screaming their heads of drunk until 2am. Ugh, not a good nights rest. We have been having tons of fun relaxing and spending times with grandma and grandpa. Their is no such thing as a schedule here though, so it makes for cranky kids at times. On the 4th we headed out to the Air force base just down the road to see the fireworks. It was a really neat show, except for the cannons. They were so stinkin loud and when they started going off (without warning) the kids came a runnin!! Adalie was still a little scared so she sat in the car with grandpa to watch the fireworks. Adalie was collecting "bullrushes" all night and was handing lots out to everyone. She said it was her job. She would yell out"Bullrushes!! Gety our bullrushes!"
