Well it has been two years! Wow time has flown by! School, a few moves, and one kid later-- here we are...and it has been so great! Brett had to work today, so we sort of celebrated it on Sunday with our trip to the zoo and a nice dinner at Red Lobster. Brett did get me some beautiful flowers and a lot of scrap booking stuff and I LOVE it all. He is so sweet to me and spoils me so! So here is our story, the quick and easy version...sorry no pictures I left them all in Utah, ugh.

I met Brett the first day I moved to Utah, January 4th 2006. I was in my off semester of school from BYU-Id and Brett was in his first at BYU. He moved in with my cousin Johnny because they were mission buddies and had planned it before hand. So, Johnny lived across the way from us and I saw him and Brett everyday, either it be at my house or at johnny's house, we were all hanging out doing something together. We were even in the same ward, which was really great and convenient for us =) . I was actually dating someone else at the time, but I knew from the get go I was totally attracted to Brett, who, unannounced to me, Johnny had it in his head the whole time to try and hook us up (thank you johnny) Well, Brett finally got the courage to ask me out on a date even though I was kind of seeing someone else, and I am so glad he did. I was so surprised thinking a great guy like Brett would even be the list bit interested in me. It was a great first date....
Zuppas restaurant, games at a friends, and ending the night with a comedy sports club. We already had a second date set up before the first even began...haha. He even asked me to be his Valentine a few days later, it was
so cute. I don't even know how to describe it, but I am sure people can relate, I just new he was it for me. He proposed on March 1st and we got married on June 3rd 2006 and it was by far, the best day of my life. Quick, I know, but wonderful none the less. Everything just made perfect sense.
He is the greatest man in the world and the most wonderful father to our beautiful daughter Adalie. I can't even think of the words to let you know how wonderful he is and how good he is to me...I know I am bragging and it might sound annoying to most, but I am the luckiest woman in the world to have him be mine for time and all eternity. He is the best decision I have ever made in my life.
So, Happy Anniversary to my best friend, my love and my all...I love you. I love you. I love you...
