I Love It!!

I absolutely LOVE it when Brett makes his Hungarian dishes. This week, I already got to have them twice. First, Chicken Paprika. Home made noodles in a nokedly and chicken with a paprika sauce with some odds and ends. Second, Toltott Kaposzta (stuffed cabbage). Ground pork with odds and ends stuffed in cabbage boiled with sour kraut and a paprika roux. Mmmmm, may sound weird, but so SO good. Brett also makes Rakott Krumpli (stacked potatoes) which is again, so so good. I love that Brett loves to cook, and I love it when he is cooking his Hungarian. And, with Brett home a lot more now at nights, it is extra nice to enjoy his culinary skills, both for the taste and the convenience. It is nice when husband and wife can share the kitchen duties. =)
