I am starting to notice the attitude my little one possesses. Not getting what she wants. Temper tantrums. The word "No"...
The other night we had people over for dinner and Adalie was sitting next to us in the high chair. I was feeding her some fijita meat and usually when she is done she will let me know by running her hands all over the top of her high chair and clearing it completely of everything. Well I got the hint and knew she was done, but she still had a piece of chicken in her hand. She was holding it over the side of her high chair like she was about to drop it. I said, "Adalie Marie, don't you DARE throw that piece of chicken. Don't drop it on the floor...." Sure enough, she raised her eyebrows at me and looking me straight in the face, dropped the food right on to the floor. Then, she started laughing at me. Pure Defiance. Another example. Anytime we tell her not to do something, she will stop for a second, look at us over her shoulder, quick smile, and go right back to doing what she was doing even faster and more obvious than before.
I don't know where she gets this lovely attitude from, but hopefully she grows out of it and quick.

I totally feel ya! kids just have a knack for pushing the patience button... I always have to try hard not to laugh at the things my girls do
That's too funny! She sounds like quite the character.
