A Little Late...

LOTS of Zoo Pictures ahead....
Look at that sass!!

This was in the reptile house....I got a pretty funny look from the kid after i took this picture. Just thought it was humorous seeing him in the cage next to the cage of a deadly 8ft python...
Adorbale. Enough said....
Cooling off a bit....

Don't really know why I looked so frightened in this picture, but it was a pretty big Tiger. Maybe even this one who lost his job after mauling his owner?? Who Knows!! p.s. i want one of those jackets.....
My handsome men....Get that finger out of your dang mouth Cason!! Ugh

The aquarium was pretty cool....it even had a tunnel to walk through with lots of sharks in it. Don't want to be there when it bust...

The Goats were a big hit, especially for Cason. I felt bad for the animals because Cason kept pulling on their beards and chasing them all around. i was pretty sure one of those guys would bite his fingers off. They must be used to a lot of crap from kids. Oh, and one of the baby goats ate part of Adalie's shoe lace....fun times, fun times.
I love this picture for so many reasons. The innocence behind it. The sympathy. The wonder....it was a moment she took to actually think about what she was seeing. i asked her, What do you think? and she said "It's just so amazing mom...there are so many animals in the world."
This is Adalie inside the bubble window that actually goes right up to that Gorillas face. I couldn't get her to go in all the way because she was scared out of her mind she would fall in there with him. I would've been to....this guy was huge and looked angry!
How cool would that be to say these were real gorillas!?!?
Poor baby goat...Cason wouldn't leave this thing alone.
Happy Kids Coming Home from the Zoo

This looks like it was so much fun! My kids at the end of trips usually are glaring at me.
