Did you have a favorite blanket when you were a kid?? I hear that most do. I however did not. I didn't even have my own bed until I was like 7 or 8. I just slept with whatever sister would let me in their beds or on my mom and dad's floor. Sounds sad but I liked it.....I never had to make a bed until I was like 10. Kind of nice. Well both of my kids seem to be huge blanket fans. Adalie since she was about 1 with her purple monkey blanket that she calls her "blue blanket". She calls it that because I it was the first color she learned and one of her first words so she has called it that since she could speak. Now Cason has his own too. He has been stealing Adalie's lately so I pulled out a blanket I had bought before he was born that I was planning on giving him when he got a little older, but decided to give it a go now. He has a few little baby blankets but this is one of those twin size fleece ones. Ya, he loves that thing. It is soft like sister's but a little more manly in color. Cason's IS blue. And he sleeps a ton better. Longer naps and quieter nights for the most part. It has been nice.

I had my bunny rabbit blanket, which got put into the sewing because the edging was coming off (that was my favorite part about it!) and I never saw it again. So I adopted my brother's blanket, and started sleeping with that. I may or may not still sleep with it...and it may or may not be rapidly disintegrating. I still sleep better with it than without it.
my blanket was big and pretty and it mostly stayed folded on display at the end of my bed so i never got attached to it. but my sister slept with her blanket well through college. i have no idea how it even stayed together. i think it eventually disintegrated like sarah's...
