After a long hard week of school work and no daddy we got to go out! We headed out to SLC for the annual Festival of Trees. It was so fun! The trees are amazing and they have these spectacular ginger bread houses.
We thought Adalie would do okay and be old enough to walk around like a big girl, but after about twenty mins we had to go back to the car and get her stroller.
When we finally convinced her to get in it, the rest of the night went pretty ok. The trees were beautiful and the treats were very tasty!

The line was a little too long there at the Expo center to see Santa, but I felt so bad because Adalie had been talking about seeing Santa all day. She wanted to ask him for a new bike and a Barbie for Christmas. So, Brett took us down the street to the mall to see Santa there. 10 mins later she was sitting on Santa's lap and asking for toys for Christmas. It was so cute. I was excited she even went up and talked to him. A lot better than last year when she screamed her head off.
I love that we got to go! It was such a fun activity! I love this time of season with so many things to do and places to see with all the wonderful holiday spirit around!!

I remember y'all going to this last year! HOW FUN! I have never even heard of this before you. You look so pretty in that picture at the bottom with Adalie!
